Liam is a highly skilled legal consultant with over eleven years of experience in private practice. Liam is regulated by CILEx Regulation as an Advanced Paralegal (formerly Graduate Member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives).
After studying his CILEx qualifications while working full-time in the legal profession, Liam was admitted as an Associate Member of CILEx (ACILEx) in September 2014 and, later, a Graduate Member (GCILEx) in May 2017.
Liam trained in a small, niche firm of commercial solicitors at the heart of Liverpool’s Commercial District, where he developed a keen interest in dispute resolution, private client work, and firm management, regulation, and compliance.
Liam currently specialises in a broad range of private client matters, including Wills, Trusts, Probate & Estate Administration, Estate & Inheritance Tax Planning, and Court of Protection work under the Mental Capacity Act 2005. In addition to his non-contentious and contentious private client work, Liam is frequently instructed concerning various contractual and property disputes, including cohabitation and relationship disputes.
Over the years, Liam has earned a reputation for his professionalism, expertise, and the quality of his work. He is known for his ability to develop practical, effective solutions that meet his client’s needs while minimising risks and costs.
